Terms & Conditions (E-book)

This section covers your legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Immediate Access and Cancellation Rights
By checking the box during checkout, you expressly:

  1. Request immediate performance of the contract (delivery of the eBook).
  2. Acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel this contract once the download has started.

No Refunds: Because you have requested immediate access to digital content, no refunds will be issued for change of mind or accidental purchase after the eBook has been downloaded. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty products.

What you can do with your eBook:

  • Download the file to your computer, tablet, or phone
  • Read it offline anytime, anywhere
  • Keep it forever (just like a physical book)
  • Transfer it to your e-reader (Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books, etc.)

What you cannot do:

  • Upload the file to public websites or torrent sites
  • Email copies to friends or share the download link
  • Sell or give away the file to others

You are selling a licence to read the book, not the book file itself. You must prohibit sharing.

Intellectual Property & Usage Licence
All eBooks sold on this site are protected by Copyright Law (CDPA 1988).

  • Grant of Licence: When you purchase an eBook, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to download and read the file on your personal devices (e-reader, tablet, phone, or computer).
  • Restrictions: You may not share, forward, resell, distribute, upload to file-sharing networks, or reproduce the eBook in whole or in part. If you are buying for a book club or classroom, please contact us for a multi-use licence.
  1. Faulty Digital Content (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

UK law gives specific rights for digital content that is faulty.

Right to Replacement or Refund (Faulty Content)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we guarantee that our eBooks are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

  • Faulty Files: If your eBook file is corrupted, missing pages, or infected with malware, please contact us within 30 days. We will first attempt to provide a working replacement file.
  • Remedy: If we cannot repair or replace the file within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you are entitled to a full or partial price reduction (refund).
  1. Compatibility and Device Responsibility

Device Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure your device (Kindle, iPad, Android, etc.) supports the file format (e.g., EPUB, MOBI) listed in the product description. We cannot issue refunds solely because a file is incompatible with your specific device if the format was clearly stated at the
